Shipping policy

Nibbl ships to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on every order, and every order is tracked.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier backlogs can add time, particularly in November and December.
Where orders ship from
Nibbl is based in Markham, Ontario. Our products are made and dispatched from our manufacturing partner warehouses in Asia, which is how we keep shipping free. Your order travels by tracked airmail and is handed to your local postal carrier for the final delivery.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel is on its way. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start showing scans after it is issued. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs and duties
Our items ship at a low declared value and are rarely charged duty. If your country does charge an import fee or tax, that charge is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the price you paid us. We have no way to predict or refund these charges.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 30 business days after it shipped, email sitesbydarian@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel cannot be found we will replace it or refund you.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded once they arrive back.
Split shipments
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
